Teen Intervene is a Hazelden created best practice that is a non- confrontational program used to help teens take a look at their chemical use.

Using a harm reduction model, teens are guided through activities and questions that get them thinking and engaged in conversation about their use.

Rather than dictating to them what they need to do, this program allows counselors to listen to teens and begin to create doubt in their thought process about the consequences vs. benefits of their use.

Cost of the entire program is $60-$80
Cost is based on city/twp of residence
Pre-payment is required
Cash, VISA, MasterCard, or check is accepted.

Program held at Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau, 244 North Lake Street, Forest Lake
